The workshops in this programme are designed for people who are at the idea stage and want to launch their business. Each session will empower you to access knowledge, tools, skills and resources that are tailored to your business goals and aspirations. All sessions recordings will be made available to the cohort.

Get matched with a business mentor who can support you to think through key challenges you are facing in your business journey. The mentor will work with you to refine your pitches, think through your pricing model, understand your business.

You will have the opportunity to book in 1-2-1 coaching calls with the experts that you learned from in the core training sessions. This will give you the opportunity to apply the knowledge learned in new ways for any current and future challenges.

 Pitch Day

This is a great opportunity to pitch your businesses to local leaders, entrepreneurs and other key stakeholders including your business mentors. This celebration of your achievement will also act as an opportunity for you to win clients and collaborators.

Both programme tracks are underpinned by training and development methods mapped to our tried and tested methodology, ASAP.

​In each session our expert Skills Developers will ensure you are building the right knowledge to achieve your set goals.

• Awareness: participants will have a good understanding of their strengths and weaknesses as well as their short, mid and long term goals. 
• Self-actualisation: we know there is no linear learning path and we teach to support the development of skills that can be used in multiple contexts for that reason. 
• Activation: through case studies, simulations and support to apply learning to their context, we provide training that will stay with them when they’re under pressure. 
• Personalisation: we develop training with personalisation in mind. We work to understand and are sensitive to the needs of individuals so that we can ensure their success throughout the program.
