Community Guidelines
Welcome to Black and Good. We ask you to read and follow these guidelines so we can all experience the type of community we all know we've needed.
As a user of Black and Good you are also bound by Black and Good’s Terms and Conditions.
If you are unsure about the content, you can report it by emailing us at [email protected]. We will get back to you as soon as possible to review and take necessary action.
Things To Do…
1. Step in and step up
Black and Good allows you to engage with a community of like-minded people that can help you develop in ways that you didn't even know were necessary. We're here for you and we expect you to be there for us. Be in the conversation, and be really in it.
If you haven't decided to go for one of our membership plans yet, you can check out our podcasts, sign up to our newsletter and our social media channels. We hope you'll get involved in the main event soon though.
2. Put some respect on it
The Black and Good community includes adults over 18 years old, from diverse backgrounds all around the world. Respect other cultures and please make sure that the content you upload to Black and Good’s platforms as text, photos or other material is appropriate for all those involved.
3. Be authentic
Black and Good is a place for individuals to connect, collaborate and be inspired, with no agenda beyond collective growth. Though we know we're all business owners, we won't tolerate spammy/broadcast sales messages or posts. We provide many ways for our members to work together authentically seek support, clients and share expertise. Please use those clearly stated mechanisms (e.g. Need and Offers and Courses).
4. Be quality conscious
Take care when taking on the advice a member provides you. Sense check it and recognise that it is based on their own experience and context. We can’t legislate for whether it works or is sensible to adopt to any extent. All courses, tools and resourced published ‘by Black and Good’ have however been developed and tested by the Black and Good team.

5. Be safe
Remember to remain cautious when conversing with other Account Holders and Members on Black and Good. Never give out your personal details and don’t do anything you don’t feel comfortable doing.
Things To Avoid…
1. Be original
Please don't claim to be the creator/originator of something if that is not in fact the case. Being flagged for plagiarism may lead to your membership coming to an abrupt end.
2. NSFW content is not allowed (not even in the private messages!)
Don’t upload comments, text, or other materials that include nudity, violence or inappropriate content of an "adult" nature. If it is Not Safe For Work (NSFW), then it isn't safe for the Black and Good community either. Members who upload inappropriate content of this nature will have their Black and Good account disabled and your Black and Good access may be terminated.
3. Nothing illegal
Members who upload illegal content will have their Black and Good account disabled and your Black and Good access may be terminated. Users may also be reported to the appropriate authorities.
4. Don't deliberately mislead
Members should not knowlingly submit or upload content, that causes harm or might be dangerous. Members who upload such content will have their Black and Good account disabled and your Black and Good access may be terminated. Members may also be reported to the appropriate authorities.
5. No spam
Please avoid selling to or stalking other Members. Black and Good is a safe space for genuine Members seeking to engage in business related connection, discussion and peer support. Your account will be disabled if it is being misused for commercial purposes, self-promotion or nuisance.
6. Trolls, exit
We are determined that Members within the Black and Good community enjoy each other’s contribution to the conversation. It should be fun! To keep it that way, please do not offend, curse, hassle or abuse other Members. Members reported for such activity may have their Black and Good account disabled and their Black and Good access may be terminated.
